Versina is a display typeface with a unique and expressive yet balanced personality, the result of its elegant organic forms inspired by 18th-century Spanish transitional typefaces. Its organic, fluid stroke, with asymmetrical terminals, brings rhythm and dynamism without compromising legibility, making it ideal for headlines and short text.
The family includes 5 weights with their corresponding italics; both these and the pictograms take specific inspiration from the work of the Extremaduran printer Francisco Barrera, reflecting a distinctive calligraphic and ornamental character.
It also includes old-style, lining and tabular figures, fractions, superscripts and subscripts, as well as small caps, standard and historical ligatures, and support for over 200 Latin-based languages.
